LAST UPDATED: APRIL 2026

1.

SERVICE DESCRIPTION

CORVUS is a geopolitical risk intelligence platform that provides automated analytical assessments, probabilistic forecasts, contradiction detection, and related intelligence outputs. The platform is a decision-support tool. Outputs are analytical products, not predictions, guarantees, or professional advice.

2.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All algorithms, methodologies, analytical frameworks, source code, and system architecture comprising CORVUS are proprietary. This includes the 7 core algorithms (CFI, TED, EST, RPTD, BACON, LEG, PROPHET), the Irreversibility Engine, the Contradiction Engine, and all supporting systems. Unauthorized reproduction, reverse engineering, or extraction of methodologies is prohibited.

3.

DATA ACCURACY AND LIMITATIONS

CORVUS ingests data from publicly available institutional sources. While reasonable efforts are made to ensure accuracy and timeliness, data quality depends on upstream providers. Risk scores, forecasts, and analytical outputs carry inherent uncertainty and should be evaluated alongside other sources of information. Historical calibration is ongoing.

4.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

CORVUS analytical outputs are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, express or implied. CORVUS and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of or reliance upon platform outputs. Users are responsible for their own decisions and should not treat CORVUS outputs as the sole basis for any financial, military, diplomatic, or policy decision.

5.

ACCEPTABLE USE

The platform is intended for legitimate analytical, research, investment, and policy purposes. Users agree not to use CORVUS outputs to facilitate illegal activities, manipulate markets through material non-public information, or produce misleading public claims about specific countries or entities. API access is subject to rate limits specified in the applicable service tier.

6.

SUBSCRIPTION AND PAYMENT

Access to CORVUS is provided through tiered subscription plans. Pricing, features, and terms are specified at the time of purchase. Institutional and enterprise agreements are governed by individual contracts. Subscriptions may be canceled in accordance with the applicable plan terms.

7.

TERMINATION

Access may be suspended or terminated for violation of these terms, non-payment, or at the discretion of CORVUS with reasonable notice. Upon termination, access to the platform and stored data associated with the account will be revoked. Exported reports and downloaded data remain the subscriber’s property.

8.

MODIFICATIONS

These terms may be modified with 30 days’ notice to active subscribers. Continued use of the platform after the notice period constitutes acceptance of modified terms.

9.

GOVERNING LAW

These terms are governed by applicable law. Disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation before formal proceedings.
